Because these products are delivered electronically, this policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

If you have any questions about a report, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Digital Products
Area Reports are digital products that are delivered immediately after successful payment.
By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the report, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content begins immediately.
Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Refunds may be available where:
- you are charged more than once for the same report;
- payment is taken but the report cannot be delivered;
- the report is unavailable due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time;
- we are required to provide a refund under applicable UK consumer law.
Refunds are generally not available simply because:
- you changed your mind after downloading the report;
- the report did not contain information you expected;
- you no longer require the report.
